Weißwasser Location

In 2007, Willms Fleisch GmbH took over the Olaf GmbH production facility in Weißwasser in Upper Lusatia. In the following years until 2010, the company fundamentally optimised its operating procedures and article structure.

At the same time, Willms comprehensively renovated the existing production areas in the branch and expanded them to approx. 12,000 square meters. Today Weißwasser produces articles such as self-service meat, sausage and ham products, Brühwurst and Kochwurst as well as grilling products.

The permanent staff of Willms Weißwasser GmbH & Co KG comprises approx. 350 employees.
