Just like at Willms: Even for company founder Werner Willms, master butchers were the guarantee for "quality and freshness". Even today the company is an important employer in the region, standing for values, quality and tradition in the butcher's trade. 

The family business

Willms GmbH is a medium-sized company, run today by the second generation of the family. While the production technology continues to develop, the values of the family business have remained the same: Reliability, continuity and quality have been the hallmarks of Willms Fleisch GmbH since it was founded. 

Flat hierarchies within the company allow short decision-making paths and trusting cooperation – between employees and with customers.
