Since October 2015, Willms Fleisch GmbH has been the majority shareholder in Düringer Fleischkontor. This strategic step expands Willms' competence for the entire process chain: from slaughtering and cutting to the finished product ready for sale. 

What additionally unites the two companies is tradition. Düringer Fleischkontor was founded in 1971, just one year after Willms Fleisch GmbH.
